Clinic Office Supervisor – Supervisor (PSU0007)
Job Summary
The Clinic Office Supervisor is responsible for the leadership, direction, and operations of a clinical office. This position establishes operational goals, objectives, and standards that align with the clinic’s mission to support and provide patient care and services.
Representative Duties
- Develop and maintain clinic policies and procedures to establish operational goals
- Resolve inquiries and ensure compliance with policies and procedures; recommend changes as necessary
- Monitor and manage the Clinic’s budget; ensure the payment of invoices
- May process various contracts between the clinic and various external agencies; communicate with Risk Management on contract language and ensure compliance with University policy and procedures
- Work with financial services, third party billing, and insurance companies to coordinate the collection of funds
- Collect, compile, and maintain data and information in support of the clinic; may provide reports as requested
- Maintain clearances and licenses for all clinic staff
- Partner with external agencies and insurance companies to resolve billing issues/problems
- May be responsible for check-in and/or cash collection processes
- Supervise, hire, train, oversee, and schedule clinic support staff

- Supervisory Responsibilities:

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 8
- Minimum – $51,000.00
- MidPoint – $62,500.00
- Maximum – $74,000.00
