Student Affairs Manager – Principal Manager (PSU2132)
Job Summary
The Student Affairs Manager provides direction and oversight for the strategic goals and objectives of a unit or campus; lead and direct staff without daily supervision; motivate a team of staff toward the unit or campus goals; manage budgets and responds to complex issues that could impact the overall functioning of the unit or campus.
Representative Duties
- Oversee and direct the operations of a team providing support and services to students
- Design, direct and assess the overall strategic plan for the student affairs unit
- Recommends policies, practices, and procedures that have a significant impact on the organization
- Oversee programs and services including career services, campus student publications, conduct standards, orientation, health services, admissions, financial aid, Greek life, enrollment services, leadership development, multicultural services, religious programs, recreation, and athletics as provided by the location
- Develop and implement programs designed to foster campus participation and student success
- Serve as member of the campus senior administrative leadership team engaged in strategic planning, decision-making, policy development and problem-solving for campus-wide issues

- Serve on campus and/or University-wide committees

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 14
- Minimum – $97,100.00
- MidPoint – $121,400.00
- Maximum – $145,700.00

10+ years of relevant experience, includes 5+ years of supervisory experience
