Job Summary

The Athletic Ticket Sales Account Executive generates ticket sales by identifying sales opportunities, providing responsive customer service, maintaining knowledge of and promoting features of ticket plans, and providing feedback based on customer experiences. Athletic Ticket Sales Account Executives can be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation.

Representative Duties

  • Generate revenue and business through group sales and ticket plan sales via email, social media, website, and telephone communications
  • Provide a high level of customer service to clients; develop and deliver excellent customer experiences
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote group theme days
  • Maintain records and documentation of activity in customer relationship management applications
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of game day activities
  • Assess current practices and identify improvements to increase sales and elevate client experience

  • Minimum – $38,300.00
  • MidPoint – $46,900.00
  • Maximum – $55,500.00
