Construction Services Manager – Senior Manager (PSU1632)

Job Summary

The Construction Services Manager oversees the operation and performance of construction projects and associated teams; monitors work for conformance with construction documents, University procedures, building codes/regulations, and adherence with the University’s Design and Construction Standards.

Representative Duties

  • Manage construction operations for assigned projects and areas
  • Hire, supervise, and train assigned staff
  • Establish staffing levels and qualifications for assigned areas
  • Manage approved operating and capital budgets for multiple assigned areas
  • Establish area policies and procedures regarding design, process, quality, and standards, etc.
  • Participate in the development of strategic planning initiatives and guide implementation
  • Oversee and ensure appropriate implementation, operation, evaluation, and adjustment to processes within the organization to ensure quality standards are achieved
  • Champion continuous quality improvement initiatives utilizing appropriate philosophies and theories to solve problems and improve processes

Salary Structure
  • Comp Grade – 15
  • Minimum – $109,300.00
  • MidPoint – $136,600.00
  • Maximum – $164,000.00

10+ years of relevant experience, includes 3+ years of supervisory experience
