Job Summary

The Real Estate Manager oversees and manages all operations the University's real estate office consistent with the University’s mission and vision.

Representative Duties

  • Hire, train, coach, supervise, schedule, and evaluate employees; plan and coordinate professional development opportunities
  • Oversee the negotiations of and prepare all major leases, acquisitions, and dispositions requiring approval by the Board of Trustees or other University Committees
  • Review agreements to ensure adherence to laws and best practices
  • Serve as the liaison between staff, consultants/contractors, in the implementation of the University’s real estate strategy and goals
  • Provide research, documentation, and financial analysis for University real estate matters; present to Senior Leadership, Board of Trustees, various committees, and stakeholders
  • Lead strategic, capital, and master planning endeavors for real estate
  • Evaluate, direct, and retain third-party consultants and professionals

Salary Structure
  • Comp Grade – 17
  • Minimum – $141,700.00
  • MidPoint – $180,700.00
  • Maximum – $219,600.00

Bachelor's Degree
Minimum Experience
10+ years of relevant experience, includes 3+ years of supervisory experience
