Compliance Manager – Principal Manager (PSU0089)
Job Summary
Compliance Managers ensure the University functions in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies; organize and direct compliance audits; direct, manage, and conduct compliance risk identification, inspection, and reporting; develop and implement preventative measures and internal controls.
Representative Duties
- Develop, update, and implement compliance policies, procedures, protocols, programs, preventative measures, and internal controls
- Foster relationships with campus constituents; promote a compliance culture; facilitate communication regarding personnel duties and obligations mandated by law and policy
- Direct, manage, and oversee internal audits, external audit pre-inspections, and audits responding to non-compliance reports
- Ensure audit findings are reasonable, justified, appropriate, and reported as required; as applicable, provide remediation and corrective action instruction; ensure implementation and monitoring; maintain documentation
- Develop, implement, evaluate, and oversee compliance education and training programs
- Keep abreast of statutory and regulatory compliance requirement changes; disseminate information to relevant parties
- Review proposed legislation and regulations; respond to appropriate agencies and accreditation entities
- Hire, train, coach, supervise, schedule, and evaluate employees; promote professional development

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 16
- Minimum – $123,200.00
- MidPoint – $157,100.00
- Maximum – $191,000.00

Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred)
Minimum Experience
10+ years of relevant experience, includes 5+ years of supervisory experience
Equivalency
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
