Athletic Recruiting Specialist – Advanced Professional (PSU0427)
Job Summary
The Athletic Recruiting Specialist coordinates and facilitates activities related to the athletic recruiting program including evaluating, ranking, and recruiting prospects while supporting coaches and prospects with recruiting travel logistics.
Representative Duties
- Coordinate all aspects of recruiting including evaluating, ranking, and recruiting prospects
- Facilitate and lead prospect evaluation meetings
- Maintain and manage prospect information including ranking lists, databases, contact logs, and visit lists
- Maintain communication with prospects via phone and email
- Assist visiting prospects with travel arrangements, itineraries, accommodations, transportation during visits, compliance paperwork, and questionnaires
- Manage social media communications; provide input on recruiting communications; design and deliver virtual visit presentations
- Train, oversee, manage, and direct the work of recruiting interns

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 7
- Minimum – $46,400.00
- MidPoint – $56,800.00
- Maximum – $67,300.00
