Job Summary and Representative Duties

The Facility Condition Assessment Manager provides supervisory and technical leadership for facility condition assessment services supporting a diverse portfolio of client facilities; coordinates project execution, directs technical staff, oversees the delivery of facility assessments, asset management data, and recommendations to ensure quality, consistency, and exceptional client service.


  • Lead and coordinate facility condition assessment activities for assigned projects and client portfolios; establish project priorities; assign work; monitor schedules, deliverables, and quality standards; ensure the consistent delivery of facility assessment services
  • Supervise and develop facility assessment professionals and other assigned employees; provide technical guidance, coaching, training, and performance feedback; review work products for quality, consistency, and accuracy; promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with engineers, architects, facility professionals, and client representatives to plan and execute facility condition assessments; evaluate client needs; communicate project status; ensure timely completion of project objectives and contractual deliverables
  • Provide technical expertise related to building systems, asset management, and facility assessment methodologies; validate deficiency assessments, construction cost estimates, and corrective action recommendations
  • Review and validate assessment findings, technical documentation, photographs, field observations, and facility condition data to ensure completeness, consistency, and adherence to assessment methodologies and quality assurance requirements
  • Direct the collection, maintenance, and quality control of facility condition data within computerized asset management systems to support maintenance planning, life-cycle forecasting, capital budgeting, and long-range asset management strategies
  • Review construction documents and technical specifications to evaluate compliance with applicable building codes, accessibility requirements, industry standards, and sustainability objectives; recommend corrective actions and technical solutions as appropriate
  • Assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of facility assessment methodologies, reporting protocols, data management practices, and operational procedures that enhance consistency, efficiency, and service quality
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve client services, expand program capabilities, and implement process improvements that strengthen operational performance and client outcomes

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Minimum – $91,488.00
  • MidPoint – $114,384.00
