Print Services Associate – Senior Support (PSU2196)
Job Summary
Print Services Associates discuss and advise customers on print and mail services. Responsibilities include reviewing print and mail project requests, determining feasibility, estimating costs; coordinating and monitoring production; troubleshooting issues and facilitating resolutions; completing business transactions; may process passport applications.
Representative Duties
- Provide customer advice on print services and project feasibility; ensure understanding of customer vision, needs, and requirements; advise on copyright clearance, image design, materials, binding options, etc.; create estimates detailing costs and production timelines
- Schedule and coordinate production operations; set priorities; monitor project status; ensure product quality and timely delivery
- Review customer mailing projects and requests; design and create personalized mail; prepare and process mailing lists; determine and explain cost-effective mailing options; maintain postal knowledge proficiency
- Collaborate with University departments and external agencies/vendors to accomplish business objectives
- May serve as Passport Acceptance Agent; take photograph, review application for accuracy, accept payment, complete log, process package
- Respond to mail/production technician questions and concerns; troubleshoot issues; facilitate resolutions
- Coordinate equipment repair/maintenance; research, identify and recommend new equipment, software, hardware; maintain inventory
- Prepare reports documenting information accounting for delays, difficulties, or cost estimate changes
- Maintain and monitor budgets; complete business transactions such as payroll, standing orders, invoices, and other financial forms

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 6
- Minimum – $42,100.00
- MidPoint – $51,600.00
- Maximum – $61,000.00
