Clinic Manager – Senior Manager (PSU2203)
Job Summary
The Clinic Manager engages in various administrative and management duties in support of patient care. This role participates on the clinical leadership team, coordinates the electronic health record, supervises the primary care and advanced care practitioners, and chairs and/or participates in committee work as needed.
Representative Duties
- Perform necessary patient care; perform appropriate history and physical exam on patients
- Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other physicians and associates
- Develop and implement assessments and plans for patient care
- Make informed decisions about diagnostic and therapeutic interventions
- Develop and carry out management plans; council and education patients and their families
- Perform medical and surgical procedures considered essential in area of practice
- Provide health care services and education aimed at preventing health problems or maintaining optimal health
- Possess awareness of different funding sources and payment systems that provide coverage and support for patient care
- Provide leadership and function as a member of the Clinical Leadership Team
- Function as chair of the Clinical Informatics Workgroup; manage electronic health record utilization and coordinate product maintenance, use, updates, and training
- Provide leadership, support, and advocate for the Advanced Care Practitioners

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 15
- Minimum – $109,300.00
- MidPoint – $136,600.00
- Maximum – $164,000.00

10+ years of relevant experience, includes 3+ years of supervisory experience
