Campus Facilities Manager – Principal Manager (PSU0643)
Job Summary
The Campus Facilities Manager position oversees the operation and performance of facilities at Commonwealth Campus locations; provides strategic planning for the assigned unit, and performs, administers or delegates such activities as major program plans (i.e., collective bargaining, safety, customer service, emergency preparedness, etc.), providing continuous analysis, interpretation, resolution, and implementation on facilities-related matters; identifies, develops, and administers process and quality improvement initiatives or other special assignments within the respective unit as well as other departments and business units across the University; provides/delegates oversight of policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance, as well as oversight and input to design, construction, and maintenance professionals; develops and administers budgets; implements and administers human resources policies and procedures; manages assigned employees, providing guidance on planning, prioritizing and developing schedules for tasks, initiatives or action plans, leading teams, managing training, and assuring all aspects of a safe work environment for assigned employees and customers.

- Participate in the development of strategic planning initiatives
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies on the interpretation of code compliance issues; lead implementation of regulatory requirements
- Review continuous quality improvement practices plans and guide approaches to achieve enhancements for assigned areas
- Oversee and ensure appropriate implementation, operation, evaluation, and adjustment to processes within the organization to ensure that quality standards are achieved; champion continuous quality improvement initiatives utilizing appropriate philosophies and theories to solve problems and improve processes

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 13
- Minimum – $86,300.00
- MidPoint – $107,900.00
- Maximum – $129,500.00
