Talent Management Assistant – Intermediate Support (PSU2066)
Job Summary
The Talent Management Assistant provides support for the development and delivery of all talent management programs and services. This position provides support to the Talent Management team as well as University stakeholders in an effort to develop and deliver successful instructional programs for employees.
Representative Duties
- Provide logistics for all instructional programs; schedule and create program calendars, update website, and develop program descriptions
- Establish programs in the learning management system, ensuring that all relevant parameters are configured (evaluation, training form, emails, waitlists, etc.)
- Respond to stakeholder requests and questions related to talent management requests/topics in a timely manner
- Responsible for Talent Management invoicing and billing; maintain a repository of all forms and templates including memorandums of understanding, agreements, statements of work, etc.
- Maintain Talent Management marketing and communication timeline and activity summary
- Establish and coordinate processes for program support, developing and maintaining necessary job aids, standard operations procedures, and workflows
- Moderate instructor led programs and provide administrative and operational support to sessions and instructors
- Coordinate instructor materials to ensure content meets HR Talent Management expectations; correct templates and format using appropriate visuals
- Ensure programs are accessible and copyright compliant
- Serve as liaison for Talent Management to HR Services for the maintenance of Knowledge Base Articles (KBA)
- Research content sources in the learning management system and other appropriate resources for use in future program materials

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 4
- Minimum – $34,800.00
- MidPoint – $42,600.00
- Maximum – $50,500.00
