Job Summary and Representative Duties
The Registration Coordinator executes registration office procedures for non-credit programs; provides intake services; creates and maintains account profiles and related records; processes payments; troubleshoots registration or payment discrepancies and system issues; builds program sections and components within registration system; provides excellent customer service to internal and external clients.
- Process enrollments for non-credit programs; create account profiles, update and verify participant information, and resolve discrepancies; adhere to state and federal regulations and privacy protocols regarding educational records and personal information
- Process registration payments and refunds; generate reports to track and verify payment data
- Review, process, and approve memberships, program/course evaluation, CFU's, and closing packets
- Process intake forms; utilize registration software to build course sections, conferences, and other program components
- Provide guidance to education program delivery teams on registration forms, templates, intake procedures, setup, and program lifecycle
- Identify and recommend process improvements to optimize registration service delivery
- Respond to internal and external customer inquiries via phone and email
- Develop and update process documentation; research and recommend new and improved processes
- Maintain registration office website; ensure content and documents are accurate and up to date
- Represent the registration office on project teams and in meetings
- Create custom forms to meet specialized program needs

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 6
- Minimum – $42,100.00
- MidPoint – $51,600.00
- Maximum – $61,000.00
