Extension Program Coordinator – Senior Support (PSU0624)
Job Summary
The Extension Program Coordinator supports the organization and delivery of extension programs and activities; recruits, trains, and supervises the efforts of volunteer leaders for various extension programs; monitors and maintains registration and budget information; creates program communications; and facilitates program logistics to ensure operational effectiveness.
Representative Duties
- Support the logistics of the development, delivery, and execution of extension programs in areas of communication, enrollment, staffing, finance, event planning, and material development
- Manage registration data and processes; serve as an expert user of registration and event software
- Maintain and track budget; process expenditures; generate financial reports
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between extension teams including directors, educators, volunteers, and community/government partners
- Encourage enrollment in extension activities through various communication vehicles; create, review, and disseminate external communications including web content and newsletters to promote and represent the program to the public
- Maintain and track staff and volunteer certifications to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and government sponsor requirements
- Manage, maintain, and verify, program data including certification, enrollment, safety, and financial information; submit data to reporting agencies
- Recommend and contribute to best practices and processes in order effectively deliver programs
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising volunteers/volunteer leaders for extension programs and activities

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 6
- Minimum – $42,100.00
- MidPoint – $51,600.00
- Maximum – $61,000.00
