Sales Manager – Principal Manager (PSU0856)
Job Summary
The Sales Manager develops, implements, and communicates short- and long-term strategic sales goals that support the achievement of revenue, yield management and associated budgets; establishes appropriate account responsibility; oversees training of sales staff and initiates account development; reviews and analyzes sales reports to report progress and develop initiatives to refocus on objectives as needed; oversees the relationships with major accounts.
Representative Duties
- Oversee the supervision and training of all sales staff
- Oversee the development, implementation and communication of short and long-term marketing and direct sales goals and initiatives, as well as yield management and associated budgets
- Analyze internal sales reports in order to focus on increased sales and revenue; review reports on a regular basis to determine progress towards objectives and adjust focus, as needed
- Direct sales force in developing long-term strategies and relationships to increase sales by utilizing recognized sales strategies such as prospecting, direct mailings, tours, and personal appointments
- Partner with the Communications and Marketing groups on the development of effective informational materials in support of sales efforts
- Represent unit at various industry, community and regional activities in order to develop relationships and provide information on product/service capabilities

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 15
- Minimum – $109,300.00
- MidPoint – $136,600.00
- Maximum – $164,000.00

10+ years of relevant experience, includes 5+ years of supervisory experience
