Telecommunications Analyst – Professional (PSU1106)

Job Summary

Telecommunications Analysts provide technical support for network design activities; reviews, analyzes, and maintain the organization's telecommunications system; Assist in designing and developing telecommunications systems; provides customer training of the telecommunications features and functionality.

Representative Duties

  • Analyze the needs of the organization and end-users and contribute to the design of voice solutions
  • Process requests for the configuration and deployment of telephony services
  • Develop, plan, and schedule the installation and configuration of network hardware and associated software for voice services
  • Monitor the performance of networks, systems, and services and identify and resolve capacity or accessibility issues
  • Investigate and resolve incidents; collaborate with customers, engineers, contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure problem resolution
  • Implement patches and other configuration changes necessary to resolve security vulnerabilities
  • Provide recommendations and support Network Engineers in the development and testing of service enhancements
  • Contribute to developing plans, schedules, and requirements for the deployment of networks
  • Create and maintain system documentation of departmental processes, procedures, design plans, and configurations

  • MidPoint – $56,800.00
