Telecommunications Analyst – Professional (PSU1106)
Job Summary
Telecommunications Analysts provide technical support for network design activities; reviews, analyzes, and maintain the organization's telecommunications system; Assist in designing and developing telecommunications systems; provides customer training of the telecommunications features and functionality.
Representative Duties
- Analyze the needs of the organization and end-users and contribute to the design of voice solutions
- Process requests for the configuration and deployment of telephony services
- Develop, plan, and schedule the installation and configuration of network hardware and associated software for voice services
- Monitor the performance of networks, systems, and services and identify and resolve capacity or accessibility issues
- Investigate and resolve incidents; collaborate with customers, engineers, contractors, service providers, and vendors to ensure problem resolution
- Implement patches and other configuration changes necessary to resolve security vulnerabilities
- Provide recommendations and support Network Engineers in the development and testing of service enhancements
- Contribute to developing plans, schedules, and requirements for the deployment of networks
- Create and maintain system documentation of departmental processes, procedures, design plans, and configurations

- Minimum – $46,400.00
- MidPoint – $56,800.00
