Academic Course Coordinator – Senior Support (PSU1592)
Job Summary
The Academic Course Coordinator provides assigned course administrative support and coordination. Responsibilities include collaborating with faculty; communicating with and assisting students; recruiting, training, and supervising Teaching Assistants (TAs).
Representative Duties
- Provide administrative support and coordination for assigned courses; collaborate with faculty on course planning and scheduling; assist students with scheduling classes
- Oversee the administration of course assignments, TA access, materials, and resources
- May distribute course information/announcements upon faculty request
- Communicate with students regarding personal, course, and academic issues/concerns; assist in resolution; elevate to faculty and others as required
- Assist in maintaining course information and documentation within electronic systems/ platforms
- Electronically upload grades; analyze grade and other information as instructed; provide analysis to faculty/college
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise TAs

- Supervisory Responsibilities:

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 6
- Minimum – $42,100.00
- MidPoint – $51,600.00
- Maximum – $61,000.00
