Talent Acquisition Associate – Senior Support (PSU0023)
Job Summary and Representative Duties
The Talent Acquisition Associate supports full-cycle recruiting transactions; collaborates on job requisitions, postings, offer generation, background checks, and hire transactions; helps ensure compliance with university, state, and federal guidelines.
- Provide support for end-to-end recruiting transactions, including but not limited to job requisition creation and posting, offer eligibility review and letter generation, background checks and clearances initiation, and hire and transfer processing for full-time positions
- Ensure all transactions are completed accurately and on time
- Monitor workflow progress, follow up on discrepancies, and escalate issues when necessary
- Confirm offer letters are generated correctly and reflect accurate information
- Coordinate post-offer processes, including background checks, occupational health appointments, and immigration requirements
- Support hiring managers and HR stakeholders through process flow explanations and system guidance
- Upload and maintain documentation in employee personnel files
- Assist candidates with the application process to ensure successful submission
- Close out routine tickets related to status updates, missing documents, or system access
- Report on workload metrics and provide updates as required
- Participate in and support talent acquisition projects, trainings, and initiatives

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 6
- Minimum – $42,100.00
- MidPoint – $51,600.00
- Maximum – $61,000.00
