Enrollment Services Manager – Senior Manager (PSU1230)
Job Summary
The Enrollment Services Manager is responsible for overseeing the enrollment services team, which may include Admissions Officers, Financial Aid Specialists and/or Enrollment Services Specialists, and managing all aspects of the student enrollment process. This role develops, communicates, and oversees processes, procedures, and goals associated with providing a wide array of consultative services to prospective and current students and their families.
Representative Duties
- Oversee program functions related to enrollment management for a unit and/or the broader University community
- Collaborate with university leadership to develop and execute enrollment strategies that align with institutional goals
- Lead and mentor staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team culture; hire evaluate, train, and oversee professional development
- Implement policies and procedures to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulatory standards; may advise on establishment of new or revised policies and procedures
- Prepare and present reports on enrollment metrics, trends, and projections to university stakeholders; recommend process changes based on reports and analyses of trends
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and University stakeholders
- Engage in outreach initiatives to promote the university's programs and services, including attendance at college fairs and community events
- Provide input to the strategic planning and budget planning processes; manage budget for area of responsibility
- Train and mentor staff on advising and counseling prospective and current students on University processes
- Ensure exceptional customer service and support for prospective and current students
- May serve as the School Certifying Official, the primary point of contact for Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) education benefits; process and maintain VA certification operations in compliance with federal and university policies
- May serve in a leadership role over the Enrollment Management’s integrated student services center, which serves as the first point of contact for Admissions, Financial Aid, the Registrar, and the Bursar

Salary Structure
- Comp Grade – 12
- Minimum – $76,700.00
- MidPoint – $95,900.00
- Maximum – $115,100.00
